Vision

The vision God gave was for us to be in one accord for one purpose - to minister to the Lord with praise and worship, and to seek Him for awakening and revival in our state. We don't have to all be in one place at the same time, but unified in spirit. We believe that if we can unify on magnifying the Lord in New York State, God will respond.

We seek to partner with the local church and other Christ-centered organizations throughout the state. We love, honor, and value the local church and the Body of Christ. It is through the unity of the Body of Christ working together and their passion for God's manifest presence that transformation can come to New York State. Jesus' prayer is that we might be one so the world would know the Father sent him (John 17:21-23). Worshipping our Lord is one thing we can all agree on.

Together, we will establish:

Spiritual Altars of Worship: Corporate places of praise and worship open to all Christian denominations and the public, built with surrendered hearts and unified voices as living stones and living sacrifices of praise.
A Statewide Network: Churches, ministries, and Worship ministries joined by faith, united in God’s call, preparing the way for a continuous wave of God’s glory in our state.
A Culture of Transformation: God is enthroned on the praises of His people (Psalm 22:3), and we expect to see communities renewed by God’s manifest presence, bringing hope, unity, revival, and transformation across New York State.

AOW Coordinators

Jane Lampkin of Kingdom Sound, and June Schuldt of Incense Rising are located in the Capital Region of NY and have both served in worship and prayer for decades in many different capacities. The Lord has spoken to both of them for 30 years about unified worship and prayer throughout New York State, so in January of 2025, NYS Altars of Worship was birthed to network the worshippers who will magnify the Lord throughout the state.
